1. SENIOR ENGINEERS/ TECHNCAL EXECUTIVES (DESIGN)
Candidate should be Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from recognised institute.

Job Profile & Experience:
The candidate should have more than 5 years experience in a large/ medium scale engineering industries in the area of design/ detailed engineering including preparation of  Technical specification for Material Handling Equipments like Stacker cum Reclaimers, Scraper Reclaimers, Barrel type Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers, Side Arm Charger etc. He should be well versed with design softwares and knowledge of ERP system would be preferred.
   
2. SENIOR ENGINEERS/ TECHNCAL EXECUTIVES (DESIGN)

Candidate should be Graduate in Electrical Engineering from recognised institute.

Job Profile & Experience:
The candidate should have 5 to 8 years experience in a large/ medium scale engineering industries in the area of system design/ detailed engineering/ cable engineering etc. for Material Handling Equipments like Stacker cum Reclaimers, Scraper Reclaimers, Barrel type Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers, Side Arm Charger etc. He should be well versed with design softwares and knowledge of ERP system would be preferred.
   
3. SENIOR ENGINEERS (DESIGN)

Candidate should be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognised technical institute.

Job Profile & Experience:
The candidate should have 5 to 10 years experience in a large/ medium scale engineering industries in the area of design/ detailed engineering including preparation of assembly/ sub assembly and detailed fabrication drawing in AUTO Cad for material handling equipment like Stacker cum Reclaimers, Scraper Reclaimers, Barrel type Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers, Side Arm Charger etc. He should be well versed with design softwares such as Auto Cad, Auto lips etc and knowledge of ERP system would be preferred.

1. SENIOR MANAGER (Design) MHE Division

Should be Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from recognised Institute. Higher qualification will be preferred. Minimum 15 years experience in designing of Material Handling Equipments like Stackers, Reclaimers, Barrel reclaimers, open cast spring conveyors, Crushers, Scrappers, and other related equipments in a large or medium scale engineering company, out of which FIVE years should be in a Managerial capacity. The incumbent should have attitude for analysis of design problem as well as understanding of application engineering in bulk materials handling systems. He should be conversant with 2D & 3D CAD Software like Auto CAD, PRO-E, and SDRC and other design software. He should be self driven and capable of leading a team of engineers.

   
2. SENIOR MANAGER (Design) GEAR Division
 

Should be Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from recognised Institute. Higher qualification will be preferred. Minimum 15 years experience in a large or medium scale engineering industries engaged in manufacturing of transmission products, out of which FIVE years experience should be in a Managerial category. The candidate should have attitude for analysis of design problem as well understanding of application engineering in transmission technology. He should be well conversant with strength of materials, theory of machines and machine design

He should be conversant with machine drawing as well 2D and 3D Cad- Soft wares like AutoCAD, Pro-engineer, SDRC etc. His ability in FEA shall be added advantage. He should be well conversant with various machine tools, machining method and metrology as well various materials and their specifications. He should be self driven and capable of leading a team of engineers. Exposure to any ERP system.
   
3. SENIOR MANAGER (Manufacturing)
  Should be Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Production engineering having exposure to manufacturing of transmission product or bulk materials handling equipments and transmission products. The incumbent have at least 20 years experience, in a workshop with sufficient knowledge of NC/ CNC machines tooling, fixtures and latest production, techniques, out of which 5 years experience should be in a Managerial capacity. The incumbent should be self-driven and capable of handling a team of engineers and workers on shop floor. Exposure to any ERP system, knowledge of computer & standard software is essential. He should be good in utilisation of available resources.
   
4. Manager (Structural Design)
  Should be B.E (Civil) / M.E (Structural) from recognised institute. Minimum 15 years experience in the structural designing of Material Handling Equipments like Stacker, Reclaimers, Barrel reclaimer, opencast mining conveyors & equipments etc in a large or medium scale engineering company, out of which 5 years experience should be in a Managerial capacity. Exposure to any ERP and analysis, design & drawing software like Auto CAD, STAAD III, NISA II, ANSYS, COSMOS etc is essential. He should be self driven and capable of leading a team of engineers.
   
5. Manager (Electrical Design)
  Should be Graduate in Electrical Engineering from recognised institute having minimum 15 years in a large / medium scale engineering industry in Electrical designing of turnkey bulk materials handling system and equipments such as stacker, reclaimers, wagon tippler, crusher, conveyor etc. He shall be responsible for all technical discussion with clients and suppliers, preparation of offer pertaining to electrical system. He should be well conversant with the latest electrical control and components. Exposure to any ERP system and knowledge of computer is essential. He should be self driven and capable of leading a team of engineers.
   
6. MANAGER (Planning)
  Should be Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from recognised Institute. Minimum 15 years experience in a large or medium scale engineering industries engaged in manufacturing of bulk Material Handling Equipments products & Transmission products. Exposure to various fabrication activities and sequence of fabrication, machine and machining process along with good capability of reading and understanding of fabrication and machine drawing is essential. The candidate should have good knowledge about scheduling and scheduling software like Microsoft Project and experience of working with any of the ERP system. Exposure to Oracle software shall be added advantage
   
7. PAINT TECHNOLOGIST
 

Should be B.Tech (Paint Tech) or B.Sc (Chem.) with Diploma in Paint Technology. The incumbent should have at least 10 years experience in a painting department of a large-scale industry as a “Paint Technologist”. He should be well conversant with process of latest paint application methods of an industrial product, which add value on aesthetic image. Knowledge of coating materials and testing methods is essential.
