ELECON has successfully designed, manufactured and supplied Speed Change Helical Gear Box to get four different Output speed with the same input speed by shifting the gear arrangement through Hand Lever & Pneumatically operated Cylinder.
This gear box with special design so that the different output speed achieved by shifting the gear wheel on spline shaft.
The gears are made from high tensile carburizing alloy steel, 17CrNiMo6 as per DIN 17210, case hardened to 60±2HRc, precisely ground to accuracy class 6 as per DIN 3961-63. The output shaft is made from medium carbon steel CK 60N as per DIN 17200 of adequate size to withstand heavy load transmission for better rigidity without undue deflection
