The gears are made from high tensile carburizing alloy steel, 17CrNiMo6
as per DIN 17210, case hardened to 60±2HRc, precisely ground
to accuracy class 6 as per DIN 3961-63. The output shaft is made from
medium carbon steel CK 60N as per DIN 17200 of adequate size to withstand
heavy load transmission for better rigidity without undue deflection.
The shafts are supported in anti-friction spherical roller
bearings having ample dynamic capacity to give better working life and
flexibility against mis-alignment.
Separate motor driven lubrication system is provided
to enhance cooling as well as lubrication of bearings and tooth meshes
with all necessary control & monitoring devices for pressure, oil
flow, oil level, and clogged condition of filter elements
