have developed the custom built stretch roller drive assembly for viscose
fiber manufacturing plant.
The top bevel helical gear box gets the drive from
the Main motor drive through Chain & Sprocket. This gear box is
placed on Fabricated Base frame put on top of the Stretch roller gear
box housing. The output shaft of this Bevel gear box is transmitting
the motion to first shaft of Stretch Gear box through Chain Sprocket.
The specially developed Stretch roller gear box is
having one input shaft and five output shafts, having extension on both
the sides. Rollers are fitted on the output shafts on both the sides
of this gear box. The viscose fiber is stretched while moving through
these rollers. The roller stretch gearbox also supports the pump shaft
with the pedestal bearing placed at the bottom of houing.
The single stage speed increase helical gear box with
two output shaft, is getting the drive from Main drive shaft through
chain sprocket and through the pump shaft which is placed at the bottom
of the stretch roller Gearbox housing. The one output shaft of this
helical gear box is connected to the Pump and the other one to Godet.
